In the event of product failure, please follow the repair request procedure below.
Repair request procedure
1. Please fill out the request below.
2. Once we receive your request, we will respond via email based on the issue you reported.
3. Our technical team will provide instructions on how to resolve the issue.
Customer Self-Maintenance (Non-Repair): Includes firmware updates, EAGLE settings adjustments, etc.
Repair required: Arrange for the repair to your local dealer or to our factory depending on your region
4. Service Charges
In-warranty: Repairs are free of charge.
Out-of-warranty: You will be responsible for shipping and repair costs.

Product damage caused by improper use or factors unrelated to the product’s quality;
Product damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair and other non-official guided acts;
Product damage caused by fires, floods, lightning and other force majeure factors.
